By accessing or using Orion Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Services

Orion Marketplace connects families with verified funeral service providers. We facilitate bookings, quotes, and payments but are not ourselves a funeral service provider. Each parlour operates independently.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the funeral parlour. Payment terms vary by parlour and booking mode (quote-only, deposit required, or full payment). Refund policies are set by individual parlours.

5. Parlour Responsibilities

Funeral parlours listed on our platform are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and service delivery. Orion Marketplace verifies parlours but does not guarantee their services.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between customers and parlours should first be raised through our platform's dispute resolution process. We will mediate in good faith but are not liable for parlour service quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orion Marketplace is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
